Creamy Cheese and Bean Dip

     Creamy Cheese and Bean Dip
  • 45-50 oz Refried Beans
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 16 oz salsa
  • 1 T minced onion
  • 1 T chili powder
  • 1/2 T garlic powder
  • 1 t turmeric
  • 1 t cumin
  • 1/2 t red pepper
Combine all ingredients in a pot on the stove and heat until all ingredients are warm and well combined.  Serve with nacho or corn chips.  I ate some in a whole wheat tortilla and it was good but runny.  That's okay, I got to scoop up what dripped out and eat with my chips :)  I used all organic ingredients with this recipe.
