Homemade Mouthwash


     Homemade Mouthwash
  • 1 c distilled water
  • 1 c vodka
  • 10 drops mint essential oil of your choice (peppermint, spearmint etc)
  • 10 drops Lemon Essential Oil
Combine all ingredients in a mason jar or glass jar of your choice.  Shake before each use, gargle and swish like normal mouthwash.

    how long does this stay good? indefinitely?

      I don't have a number but I would say fairly LONG, there isn't anything in it that would go bad.
